I recently read an opening page for an OES breeder here in Ohio, and the statement really disturbed me. The page states that any breeder who will not give breeding rights to a buyer - must have inferior pups. She, however, apparently does not realize the impact of this statement.

Does she realize how many irresponsible people are out there? How many sheepdogs in rescue? Does she take back her pups? Does she re-home them? Giving someone the ability to produce puppies is not a right, it's a responsibility, for which I have given to a very few.
